Sales Operations Manager
Job Description
The kind of person we’re looking for:
We are looking for a positive and outgoing person with an interest in sales operations. A tech savvy individual who works well in a fast-paced environment, with a sense of urgency, and an extraordinary attention to detail. This person must have the ability to work both independently and in a team environment. This position will be the main contact for the Sales team and will assist with daily contract generation and Salesforce assistance. This position will ensure the seamless, timely, and accurate execution of contracts in the pre to post signature sales cycle. They must have the ability to review sales workflows within various departments and implement the most efficient process moving forward to ensure accuracy and scalability. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Salesforce Admin and experience working with the Salesforce CPQ Tool.
The kind of stuff you’ll be doing:
- Review and Update Salesforce Data as needed to keep company records accurate.
- Update CPQ Tool based on changing pricing and selling rules within the company.
- Work with the Sales and Leadership team to help generate custom contracts.
- Review quotes and signed contracts for errors.
- Prepare reports based on sales opportunities, launch statuses, and MRR projections.
- Work with existing customers to update their contracts for new services.
- Review monthly billing for contract accuracy.
- Document sales processes and work on process improvement.
- Please note this is a sole contributor role.
The kind of skills and experience you’ll need:
- 3-6 years of Salesforce Admin experience
- Salesforce CPQ Tool experience and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail to review quotes, proposals, and contracts for errors
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience using Microsoft Office365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Sharepoint)
The extra stuff that would be nice:
- Experience using Adobe Editor, a CLM Tool, or Docusign
- Experience with Netsuite
