Upwork's Sales Operations team strives to be a trusted, proactive and collaborative partner to the Enterprise teams; equipping them with the tools, learning, operational processes and data-driven insights to inform organizational strategy and execute to their potential. In the Sales Operations Manager role for the Expand Sales team, you will be partnering with managers across the broader customer team including Implementation, Sales, Business Development and Enterprise Success teams as they grow and retain Upwork Enterprise clients through a collaborative partnership. To inform strategy and execution tactics, you will bring proactive and actionable insights to customer facing management teams.

Your Responsibilities:
- Partner with management teams across our enterprise customer program team including Account Management, Business Development, Enterprise Success, and Talent Solutions to stay up-to-date and informed of initiatives and priorities
- Through a deep understanding of the expansion business, identify opportunity and present solutions to management teams that will increase sales productivity, program team collaboration, and ultimately growth
- Design, drive and deploy solutions through partnerships with sales training, salesforce development and data teams
- Partner with Sales Operations data team to build Sales Manager and AM level reporting to support Account Strategy and Health
- Develop a cadence of strategic, proactive and actionable reporting, allowing sales managers to spend more time coaching and less time mining for data
- Work on several projects at a time involving stakeholders across the business including marketing, finance, product, etc
What it takes to catch our eye:
- Project Management experience
- Proficient in Salesforce.com reporting and functionality
- Familiarity with using data visualization tools such as Domo, Tableau, Power BI to derive insight
- 5+ years of Sales or Revenue Operations experience
- Experience working with broader customer facing teams such as customer success, implementation, solution architects, and business development
- Proactive in nature, self-starter, anticipates needs
- Team lead or supervisory experience preferred
