Sales Operations Manager

This unique role is for an adaptable sales-oriented person to join a quick and demanding team, develop new sales skills, flex data capabilities, and grow within the company. You will be working closely with the sales and business development team, driving revenue growth, advancing our sales process and reporting through CRM tools, and helping us scale our impact.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide timely, accurate information about leads and opportunities.
Leverage Nymbl's ongoing marketing campaigns and report on the status of campaigns through the CRM.
Qualify leads by gathering relevant information, assessing their needs, and determining their fit with our products and services.
Ensure sales-oriented projects are meeting deadlines and support organization throughout the team.
Research and identify potential leads and prospects within the assigned market segments, providing the sales team with outreach opportunities on a weekly basis.
Document interactions, activities, and prospect information in the CRM system to track progress and maintain accurate records.
Manage data integrity and structure of our CRM.
Manage weekly reporting and ensure data within reporting is accurate and up to date.
Facilitate meeting follow-up and ensure tasks are completed.
Qualifications:
Professional experience in sales operations, spanning 3-5 years or more. Experience in healthcare is a beneficial
High proficiency with Excel and Hubspot, and data analytics tools
Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using sales tools and technologies
Data-driven, able to look at a set of numbers and draw conclusions
Demonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing sales processes and strategies
Capacity to manage sales forecasting and territory structuring
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients
Strong research and analytical skills to identify and qualify leads effectively
A self-motivated and proactive approach, with a strong desire to achieve results and contribute to the company's growth
Knowledge or interest in the health, wellness, or technology industry
Compensation Range: 75,000 to 100,000 Annually, based on experience
Location: Denver, Colorado, with the possibility of remote
Type: Full Time
