Sales Operations Manager - $97,000.00 - $110,000.00
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain bookings, review of SAP orders, bookings reconciliation, tool shipment allocation coordination, shipment revenue recognition and backlog tracking.
- Manage key strategic programs (ex: Micron ERM & associated goal KPl's).
- Key Customer Score Card in close partnership with Key Account Management.
- Tracks and reports quarterly scorecard, assures accurate and timely submission of necessary information. Reports total cost of ownership programs, CIPSs (continuous improvement programs), OTO (capital and spares on time delivery), etc. to Micron.
- Coordinates regular reviews between Edwards Sr. Management and appropriate contacts within Micron's GSM and engineering groups.
- Maintains and grows market per Corporate and Account Team Strategy.
- Meets sales, cash flow and profitability goals for Micron Account.
- Prioritize Customer Care representative activities for Micron Account.
- Generate and maintain various analysis reports utilizing advanced Excel skills.
- Review sales orders in SAP for allocations, configuration issues and pricing including internal cost and profit margin trending.
- Complete monthly and quarter end close activities in conjunction with finance.
- Coordinate tool allocation based on priority.
- Participate in meetings pertaining to order status, forecast, and/or order review.
- Work on complex problem where in-depth analysis of various factors is required to solve issues.
- Point of escalation for issues related to appropriate consignment stocking levels, shipments issues and delivery gaps to resolve them.
- Support peak activities such as quarter end/fiscal year end.
- Builds relationships and fosters collaboration with internal and external peers and constituents.
- Ensures compliance with all company, regional and local policies, and regulations.
- Contributes, as needed, as an integral member of the Micron Account Management Team, to drive ever increasing level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintains punctual, regular, and predictable attendance, works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
- Respectfully takes direction from manager; other duties as assigned.
What We Expect of You?
Education level
- Bachelors Degree
Relevant Previous experience
- Minimum 5 years work related experience in the semiconductor process industry or related area.
- Mimimum 3 years working with in a department, section or similar group.
- Experience in vacuum technology and/or semiconductor sales/marketing, a plus.
Knowledge areas/Skills (minimum level of knowledge to fulfill the role's responsibilities)
- Project Management experience
- Contract Management
- Problem Solving and experience with quality systems
Other requirements (e.g. Language skills; competencies; expected travel requirements)
- SAP, Power BI
- Strong written, oral and presentation skills
- Some travel ~20%
