The Position:
Â
As a Sales Operations Manager at Gurobi Optimization, you'll collaborate seamlessly across our global teams to enhance and streamline our sales and revenue processes. Your passion for data organization and analysis and your in-depth grasp of SaaS business finance align perfectly with our requirements. Your meticulous approach and a keen eye for detail shine through in your projects. Your commitment to maintaining data accuracy and your advanced understanding of sales strategies will be pivotal in enhancing our business model as we expand and plan for the future.

What you will be doing?Â
Â
· Work in conjunction with the regional Sales Director to set quotas and calculate commission
· Deal review and approval - both before it is sent to order management and after the close
· Participation in our SFDC implementation project (including implementation and data management inside of our commission tool)
· Territory setting and reassignment in CRM and commission tool
· Prepare and lead QBRs with the Regional Sales Director
· Manage CRM / sales engagement systems and ensure data integrity - to include contacts, leads, opportunities, correct dashboard usage, and reports
· Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies, and relevant sales training materials
· Work with sales, marketing, and finance to refine the lead handover process to maximize win rate and conversion
· Understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact
· Develop revenue and forecasting models as well as sales qualification criteria
· Manage multiple priorities and tasks with your strong organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
· Prioritize and resolve Salesforce (SFDC) cases from users while also providing support for requirement gathering and participating in testing for bi-weekly sprints and releases.

What experience and qualifications should you have?
Â
· Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field or equivalent work experience.
· 5 years of hands-on experience in revenue or sales operations within a SaaS business.

 What skills and abilities should you have?
Â
· Demonstrated success in optimizing sales and revenue processes across multiple markets.
· Proficiency in data management and analysis.
· Strong ability to communicate effectively across different functions and global time zones.
· Analytical mindset, capable of thinking critically and solving complex problems, and comfortable working with large data sets.
· Effective customer interface skills in both external and internal communications.
· Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
· Agility in working both independently and collaboratively.

What other requirements should you have?
Â
· Extensive proficiency in Asana is a mandatory requirement. • Profound expertise in Excel is essential for this role. • Prior experience with Salesforce is preferred.
· Familiarity with LeanData is considered a valuable asset.
