We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to support our growing Sales and Customer Success team. You’ll serve as the right hand of our Head of Sales and Customer Success, passionate about success outcomes for sales and customer success by driving strategy and process. This role is critical to enabling GitBook to scale global revenue across our assisted sales motions. As an early member of the team, this is an outstanding opportunity to define sales and customer success operations processes from the ground up.


What you will do
  • Partner with GTM leaders to be responsible for the day to day operational cadence of the Sales and CS function.
  • Lead the day to day activities of the SDR team.
  • Develop and maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and KPIs.
  • Ongoing analysis on the sales funnel and other business trends for the Head of Sales and CS.
  • Create and maintain Sales Operations policies, processes, training, and sales-related material.
  • Collaborate with Product and Data Teams to identify, define, build, and iterate on customer segments, sales cycle, lead touchpoints, processes, lead enrichment, and more.
  • Own HubSpot. Ensure our CRM consolidates all our customer information and provides trusted insights for the team.
  • Own the administration and implementation of other key tools like Clearbit, Calendly, etc.
  • Partner with adjacent groups like Finance and Legal.


What you will need
  • 5+ years Sales operations, Sales Planning, or Revenue Operations at a SaaS organization that has seen scale (PLG preferred).
  • Curiosity and an interest about GitBook.
  • Strong analytical skills and technical proficiency.
  • Comfortable with building high-quality and sophisticated spreadsheets, models and presentations.
  • A collaborative working style, with experience working across the company to achieve common goals.
  • HubSpot (advanced knowledge required).
  • Strong project management experience with demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision.
  • Ability to frame business problems and communicate insights with a bias towards action.

💲💲Compensation: £65,000 - £70,000
