Ryvid is looking for an experienced, reliable, and dynamic individual to drive sales, customer success, and order-related processes. The successful candidate for the Sales Ops Manager position will be an integral member of the Sales teams, reporting directly to the VP of Sales. The position is responsible for creating and managing customer-related process flows and reporting revenue and customer experience metrics. The Sales Ops Manager will oversee Ryvid's Customer Success Team and will be responsible for handling escalated customer issues. The ideal candidate is a proven professional with experience in Sales Operations and Customer Success.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Create and manage Ryvid's Sales Order processes.
  • Create and manage Ryvid's Sales and Customer Success SOPs.
  • Analyze sales processes and identify areas where they can be optimized to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee a team of Customer Success Representatives.
  • Analyze sales data to forecast future sales trends and identify potential opportunities for growth.
  • Track sales & customer satisfaction performance metrics and provides regular reports to the sales team and senior management to identify areas of improvement.
  • Manage the sales and customer success technology stack, including Gorgias, Shopify, and future CRM and ERP systems.
  • Maintain accurate records in Ryvid's systems.
  • Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Work closely with the sales team to help define and document the sales cycle.
  • Manage a 12-month rolling forecast.
  • Be the voice of Sales and Customer Success to Ryvid's Operation and Production teams.
  • Represent sales at Ryvid's S&OP meetings.
  • Help implement and oversee sales programs.
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience by establishing optimal processes from ordering to delivery.

Technical or "hard" skills requirements:
  • CRM and ERP proficiency
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Proven experience in creating and working with ISO 9001 processes, including documentation, implementation, and continuous improvement

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-starter and strong problem-solving skills

Qualifications Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in Sales Operations and Customer Success
  • At least 2 years of selling experience in a management or supervisor role
  • Experience working for a manufacturer

WORK ENVIRONMENT
  • Hybrid role: part-time at Hawaiian Gardens
  • Competitive salary range $100,000-$125,000
