Sales Operations Manager (Hybrid or Remote)

About the Role
In this opportunity as Sales Operations Manager, you will:
- Support operations initiatives in a region or other group in order to build a high-performing, world class sales and service capability.
- Support the management team and the management team's process.
- Create, apply and support common capabilities in the group.
- Coordinate the implementation of change programs.
- Manage, motivate, coach and develop project team members.
- Represent regions to global functions or vice versa.
- Contribute to business planning.
- Work with the TT team on aligning sales pipeline with TR's, reporting on monthly deals and pipe builds, holding weekly sales forecast calls, helping with pipe coverage in relation to sales targets, assisting in order process with TT still on the original systems.
- Work with the integrations teams on SFDC, Order Capture, SAP and other systems integrations into TR systems.
About You
You're a fit for the role of Sales Operations Manager if your background includes:
- 5 years of sales operations or sales related experience preferred
- JD preferred
- Experience supporting or working in the legal industry required
- Internal candidate preferred
