Sales Operations Program Coordinator
Job Description
- Partner with stakeholders to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with organizational goals
- Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirement
- Develop and maintain project performance database that tracks overall progress and achievement of milestones
- Assign and monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables output
- Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels, and escalate issues according to project work plan
- Analyze systems and established processes
- Gathering and processing data to identify process performance areas
- Monitoring the efficiency of updated workflows
- Collect information/ data regarding ineffective or inefficient processes from stakeholders and other relevant personnel or systems
- Create documentation that ensures processes are being followed properly throughout the organization
- Communicate essential project updates or improvements to leaders and agents alike
- Provide reporting as needed and coordinate with the reporting team to develop essential reporting
- Staying up to date with the latest business practices and technologies
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in an applicable field preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years project related experience, preferably in a corporate setting
- Effective Communication Skills (Written, Listening, Presentation, & Verbal)
- Ability to work effectively alone or in a team environment
- Effective organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Self-starter and inquisitive
- Insurance knowledge, particularly Medicare, preferred
- Portfolio of successfully completed projects
- Understanding of business functions, workflows, and processes in a corporate setting
- Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills
Mental, Physical, & Sensory Requirements
- This role will be required to work extended and non-traditional hours in order to fulfill the core responsibilities of the position
- This role will be required to spend extended periods of time focused on the computer screen, spreadsheets, and documents all while maintaining a keen attention to detail
