Sales Operations Program Manager

BlueSnap's Sales Operations Program Manager will help scale sales and marketing execution, operationalize business marketing and sales programs, and participate in marketing & sales strategy. As a Sales Operations Program Manager, you will be responsible for excellence in Sales Ops through orchestrating and improving key processes, reporting and data analytics across the full BlueSnap customer revenue lifecycle. This role is a key business partner for the revenue generation teams and will effectively utilize standard marketing and sales CRM platforms and processes. The successful candidate will be solution-oriented, enjoy problem solving and develop effective partnerships across Sales Managers, Account Managers, Marketing Managers, Finance, and executive teams to support execution.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Excellence in Core Sales Operations - Lead and drive sales process enablement, insight, and execution locally to achieve excellence in sales operations programs - Lead Distribution, Quota achievement, KPI and scorecard reporting Management, Revenue Excellence, Segmentation & Account Management, Employee Assignment.
- Enable Business Insight - Provide data-driven insights for sales execution, based on standard reporting, to address business goals
- Empower Success - Partner GTM teams to leverage standard reports and improve local execution and sales discipline. Drive adoption and usage of CRM tools as the standardized sales and marketing reporting tool. Define business unit requirements for CRM enhancements needed to support daily sales and marketing operations.
- Lead in Sales transformation - Contribute ideas to improve revenue operations workflow, influence sales and marketing teams globally, and enable continuous improvement for sales operations processes. Innovate to deliver standards which enable speed, efficiency, and scale in the business.
- Influence Team Culture - Actively contribute to our culture of inclusion, peer learning, and fostering collaborative cross team partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
- Demonstrate 2 plus years of experience in sales/revenue operations within the SaaS/Software Enterprise domain, leveraging Salesforce
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com and HubSpot
- Exhibit a keen ability to capture and translate business requirements into actionable solutions
- Display a proactive mindset in identifying workflow inefficiencies and proposing enhancements
- Possess exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, coupled with adeptness in presentations
- Excel in analytical capabilities, with advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, adept at managing multiple priorities while ensuring operational excellence
