Job Summary
The NetApp Sales Operations Manager for the Hyperscaler Cloud Storage Sales Business (Azure), you will play a crucial role in supporting the Azure sales team's efforts to maximize revenue and efficiency. You will collaborate with sales leadership, finance, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes, implement sales strategies, and provide data-driven insights to enhance performance.
Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:• Sales Process Management: Work closely with the Azure sales team to refine and improve sales processes, including lead management, pipeline tracking, and sales forecasting.• Data Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential bottlenecks, providing actionable insights to sales leadership.• Sales Strategy Support: Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.• CRM Management: Oversee the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry by the sales team and generating reports to measure performance.• Sales Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the sales team's effectiveness and efficiency.• Sales Training and Onboarding: Assist in training new sales team members on sales processes, product knowledge, and CRM usage.• Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with finance and sales leadership to create accurate sales forecasts for budgeting and planning purposes.• Process Optimization: Continuously identify areas for process improvement and efficiency, implementing solutions to streamline workflows. • Sales Collateral and Materials: Support the sales team by creating and updating sales collateral, presentations, and other materials.• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the organization.
Education and Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Finance or a related field.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with cloud storage solutions and basic knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders effectively.
Organization: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated and eager to take initiative and ownership of responsibilities.
Adaptability: Willingness to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Sales Passion: An interest in sales and the drive to contribute to the growth of the cloud storage sales business.

The base salary hiring wage range for this position which the Company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position in the specified geographic areas or locations, is $163,800-$200,300. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law. In addition, the position may include some of the following comprehensive benefits such Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Paid Time off (PTO), sick time, leave of absence as per the FMLA and other relevant leave laws, Company bonus/commission, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's).
