Responsibilities
The Sales Operations Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting sales efforts primarily focused on data analysis and reporting, data management in Salesforce, supporting in development of presentation materials, optimizing sales dashboards and ensuring data accuracy, and other efforts to support sales intelligence and firm sales success. They are sales-oriented and process-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities at any given time. This role will report to the Enterprise Sales Operations Director within the Professional Sales Organization.
Responsibilities
- Support the business with reporting, analytics, and sales performance management.
- Collect and organize large amounts of information to provide insights to team members and management in a clear, concise manner.
- Develop and maintain reports and presentations to communicate key findings.
- Evaluate current sales reporting, troubleshoot for accuracy, and identify ways to streamline/automate.
- Establish cross-functional relationships with internal departments (ie Finance, Growth Technologies, Growth Intelligence, Practices) and gather business requirements to create insightful and impactful reporting and dashboards
- Provide a variety of benchmark and sales analytical reports required to assess current strategic goals
- Work across lines of business to develop and/or document sales processes
- Compile and analyze data over time to forecast sales and identify trends
- Support Sales Team with other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in analytics, sales operations, finance, or comparative field.
- Bachelors Degree preferred
- Extensive experience with CRM dashboards and reporting, Salesforce.com preferred
- Advanced computer skills including superior proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Exceptional project management, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain data integrity, consistency, and quality in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have strong communication skills, sense of urgency, and willingness to take initiative
- Good attitude toward teamwork as well as the ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
