Sales Operations - Shipping and Receiving

The role:

We are seeking a motivated Operations Specialist to join our growing world-class team. As a crucial member of our Operations, you will excel at task management, exhibiting a proactive work ethic and a relentless drive to achieve results. This role supports the shipping and receiving operations that enable our growing eCommerce business and helps us turn clicks into commerce . The efficiency, accuracy, and energy of our team is what drives our 3,000+ five star reviews.

As an Operations Specialist in Shipping and Receiving at SwissWatchExpo, your role includes:

• Receiving packages in the mailroom and logging inventory.
• Assembling and verifying the appropriate paperwork and accessories are included in each order.
• Packaging outgoing merchandise for shipping and printing mailing labels.
• Emailing clients when orders have shipped.
• Moving merchandise from the vault to display cases each morning; then returning merchandise to the vault at the end of each day.
• Troubleshooting shipping or inventory issues as they arise.
• Data entry 
• Executing month end inventory
• Assisting and supporting other departments as necessary.

Requirements:

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and organized.
• Computer proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office programs.

Hours:

• 9:00am - 6:30PM 5 days a week (with lunch break)
• Operations open Monday-Saturday
• Two Saturdays per month are required as part of schedule and weekdays off will substituted during those weeks.
