Sales Operations Specialist

Who you are:
- Someone with 5-10 years of industry experience.
- You have the ability to build and maintain reports.
- A key player who manages relationships with distributors/manufacturers.
- Someone who is running $100 million worth of reselling business - Cisco being the majority of it
- You live in the (CCW) Cisco Commerce Workspace.
- Have your hand in renewals.
- You manage the following:
- A growing relationship with global distributors.
- Credit lines and credit lines increase processes to ensure on-time order delivery.
- Quote to invoice process.
- Purchasing.
- Relationship with manufacturers.
- A developer of relationships with key POC with customers.
- You have a basic understanding of networking/security products and the top manufacturers in this field.
- 5 years of relevant experience with a VAR / MSP, manufacturer, or distributor.
- Have worked internationally (preferred).
- Have worked with CRMs and it would be great if you had Salesforce experience.
What you’ve done:
- Have knowledge of the 3 Tier sales cycle and IT procurement process.
- Created good relationships with procurement.
- Live in the BOM and take ownership from inception through to delivery.
- You have intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel (e.g. VLookup, Index/Match, Pivot Tables, Structuring Data, etc.).
- Understand sales operations/procurement workflow.
- Thrive in high-pressure situations.
- Multi-task and be able to handle multiple projects at the same time.
- Experience in G-suite is a plus (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Gmail, etc.)
What you will do:
- Work in a global environment with our customers and partners to ultimately deliver excellent service based on customer needs.
- Maintain the Salesforce database ensuring accurate customer information, pricing, and order details are recorded in a timely manner.
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer emails and calls within the defined stipulated time.
- Process all customer transactions from quoting through final delivery and invoicing of products throughout all of our global regions.
- Support our account directors in various tasks related to customer order fulfillment, and ensure product delivery meets customer expectations.
- Assist in hardware quality checks and staging prior to final delivery to the client.
