Job Description
- Translate product/processes knowledge to the sales audience
- Support and optimize sales processes within EW (data analysis, process improvement)
- Support sales forecasting and sales analytics while providing insights into the sales process by tracking metrics such as conversion rates, win/loss radios, sales cycle length, etc.
- Gather and manage requirements and ensure proper follow-up
- Participate, prepare, and conduct internal EW product and systems training where necessary to support Sales Excellence team
- Sales Technology management to help manage and optimize the use of sales technology tools such as CRM systems, sales enablement tools and marketing automation platforms
- Management of the planning, execution and measurement of marketing campaigns within CRM system. Ensure that marketing campaigns are targeted, personalized and effective in generation leads, acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.
- CRM campaign execution
- Design an efficient information sharing/training setup within the commercial organization
- Knowledge and know-how sharing (best practice management) across whole commercial organization
- Collects feedback from the country sales organizations to create impactful updates to the CVPs and PCAs
- Supports new product introductions from CVP perspective
- Keep active links with main stakeholders to assure customer centricity, mainly with Product owners and business owners
- Support Marketing (segment marketing)
- Sales personas (CMs, Sales Coaches, ASMs etc.) Active cooperation within department and beyond
- Ensure delivery of assigned tasks in requested time, scope, quality and budget dimensions
- Be a role model for fulfilling our values ​​and an active supporter of the company culture, in your team or in front of the customer, whether internal or external
- Self-development in full compliance with internal standards, controls, policies, processes and local legislationÂ
- Responsibility with the companies’ representation and attestation rules according to the assignment
Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of total working experience (preferably in sales, training, couching, B2B experience)
- Ideally multilingual (fluent EN is must, CZ would be appreciated)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Power Point, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Knowledge of CRM MS Dynamics 365 would be a plus
- Strong and confident communicator, works with storytelling, speaks the language of the customer, strong networker
- Experience in project management and multi-tasking, good presentation skills
- Proactive self-starter looking for solutions, not excuses or problems
- Ability to perform in multicultural and fast changing environment
- Honest and driven by the same values as Eurowag Group
- Self-organized, self-driven and highly independently manage own performance
- Emotional intelligence
