Field Sales Operation Specialist
The Field Sales Operations Specialist will help translate the strategic initiatives of the company and, more specifically, the Sales Leadership Team into actionable, measurable, and predictable goals and activities. In this role you will partner closely with Allegion's commercial sales organization to enable and facilitate the achievement of these goals. Your main focuses will be process definition, improvement & training, metrics, technology, and incentives. The Field Sales Operations Specialist reports to the Field Sales Operations Manager and is assigned to support a specific sales region and additional market focused teams. This role works closely and collaboratively with Sales Managers and team members for the regional sales offices supported.

Field Sales Operation Specialist
The Field Sales Operations Specialist will help translate the strategic initiatives of the company and, more specifically, the Sales Leadership Team into actionable, measurable, and predictable goals and activities. In this role you will partner closely with Allegion's commercial sales organization to enable and facilitate the achievement of these goals. Your main focuses will be process definition, improvement & training, metrics, technology, and incentives. The Field Sales Operations Specialist reports to the Field Sales Operations Manager and is assigned to support a specific sales region and additional market focused teams. This role works closely and collaboratively with Sales Managers and team members for the regional sales offices supported.
What You Will Do:
- Document, implement and continually improve processes to facilitate sales performance and consistency.
- Train the sales force to ensure clear understanding of the current sales process and how to facilitate the process in CRM
- Guide sales managers through the use of reports to help drive actions within their sales teams to help achieve sales goals
- Consult with sales managers and leadership to gather requirements for reporting & analysis
- Lead regional and local support, implementation and administration of technology tools needed to enable sales effectiveness. These technology tools may include CRM, forecasting, data analysis, mobility and other business-critical technologies.
- Support data-driven, ad-hoc projects such as: territory realignment, customer compliance audits, market segmentation analysis, etc.
- Establish a relationship with sales as a trusted consultant to help execute local, regional, and corporate goals/projects.
- Accountable for the thorough implementation of assigned initiatives and projects.
- Responsible for improving sales force efficiency and consistency.
- Accountable for accurate and on-time support for sales processes, reporting and tools.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years sales operations, business planning or sales support role required.
- Strong presentation and communication skills required.
- Demonstrated ability to create strong partnerships and be a pro-active consultant to a sales organization is required.
- Experience training sales organization on CRM tools is preferred.
- PC, Microsoft Office, CRM proficiency
- Travel 30%
- This role will support our teams in the Mountain and Pacific time zones. Preference will be given to candidates living in those areas.

- The expected Base Salary Range: $46,300 - 85,900. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
