As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for day-to-day operational support for our sales teams. This includes daily review of deal desk/opportunities within Salesforce (SFDC), monitoring our Slack channel and responding to questions from our sales team, responding to assigned JIRA tickets, assisting with EOM (end of month) reconciliation processes and supporting existing Sales Ops team members with additional tasks. Additionally, you will be responsible for auditing all existing contracts and aligning those documents to the contract object in SFDC. To excel in this role, you will partner cross-functionally across the business, working with Sales, Legal, CRM Engineering, and Ops.  This role requires an operations and enterprise tools background, experience reading and documenting legal agreements (IronClad), and in depth CRM knowledge (Salesforce). 

Responsibilities:
  • Management of daily Deal Desk/Bookings Review function including manual contract creation, contract audit of all related objects within SFDC, enabling products for specific verticals, data validation/reconciliation and sourcing related contracts within Operations’ repositories.
  • Review new and historic negotiated agreements in CRM and update SFDC Contract object to align accordingly
  • Document any relevant business terms that cannot be captured by current field sets in Salesforce and work with CRM to update as needed
  • Estimate lost revenue due to incorrect customer configurations or uncollected platform fees
  • Monitor and resolve Jira Board assignments of tickets, as well as our Slack channel.
  • Assist with end of month data reconciliation processes
  • Partner with the Sales teams to brainstorm, troubleshoot and diagnose process flow inefficiencies and work directly within our Sales Ops stakeholders to push those issues through to resolution.
  • SFDC Hierarchy Maintenance, field and data integrity for our ever evolving business
  • Ad hoc sales operations tasks as needed
Experience: 
    • 1-3 years of experience working with sales operations tools, including IronClad and Salesforce 
    • Salesforce certification a plus
    • Well versed in google suite (docs, sheets, slides)
    • Experience reading and understanding sales contracts
    • Attention to detail, the ability to dive into the technical or legal weeds is a must. 
    • Ability to prioritize / manage work and problem solve autonomously

Starting in September 2023, this role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Thursdays and a team-specific third day. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year.

The expected range of pay for this position in the US is $62,730 - $85,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
