By providing professional, timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and requests, you will maintain industry leading customer satisfaction.
What You'll Be Doing

• Streamlining operations
• Organizing internal flow
• Being the voice of the customer
• Directing traffic for supply chain
• Working within Unity Sales Bench
• Monitor back log

What We Are Looking For

• 4 year degree or 4 to 5 years of related experience
• Ability to learn systems and navigate software
• Basic to intermediate excel skills
• Customer communication skills
• Critical thinking skills
• Positive attitude
• Experience with Unity or Oracle nice to have
