Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic and growing team.

In this role, you will play an integral part in supporting the sales team by managing data, ensuring smooth operations, and optimizing processes. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing sales efficiency and driving team performance in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:

  • CRM Management: Assist in managing the CRM system, ensuring accurate, complete, and up-to-date data.
  • Administrative Support: Oversee key tasks such as order processing, documentation, and sales record management.
  • Sales Enablement: Assist in preparing sales presentations, forecasts, and tools to empower the sales team.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and remove bottlenecks.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Support the sales team by preparing reports, conducting analysis, and tracking key metrics.
  • Global Team Collaboration: Work closely with the global sales team to align processes, share insights, and ensure seamless communication and coordination

What you should have:

  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools; familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset and a drive to continuously learn and improve.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering management, or a related Engineering field.
