Sales Operations Specialist

Who You Are
 You are a passionate, organized, and driven sales operations professional with experience in the systems and processes that support a global sales team. You understand the sales operations ecosystem and enterprise client lifecycle, and have worked extensively with Salesforce, marketing automation software and other financial and operational tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, design, document, and implement opportunities to increase sales productivity and improve operational efficiency.
- Turn data into actionable insights.
- Build relationships with cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, Finance, and Business Development.
- Work with sales leadership to develop organizational goals.
- Enhance and maintain Salesforce environment.
- Manage Salesforce data, including uploading customer information and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Manage projects to execution, ensuring accuracy in sales reporting.
- Track metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including financial performance.
- Support business development, sales, and account management teams in managing the day to day rhythm of sales operations.
- Implement and help enforce adherence to internal processes across the full sales lifecycle, including legal documentation, account management, and renewals.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in revenue operations or sales operations.
- Strong working experience with Salesforce required.
- Strong experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong project management, planning, and organization skills.
- Strong analytical skills and a creative approach to problem solving.
- Strong experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within a SaaS company, startup environment or similar rapidly-growing enterprise strongly preferred
We are looking for a Salesforce.com Administrator who loves to solve problems, build cool stuff and learn about technology. You need to have experience running the Salesforce.com platform for one or multiple organizations - either by yourself, or as part of a team. Ideally youâve had experience within SaaS companies or other technology providers who use Salesforce.com to rigorously capture the entire Sales Lifecycle. From Lead, to Opportunity, to Customer: You know how to use and customize Salesforce so that Sales people have a tool that works, and Executives have data that they can trust.
- Minimum 5 Years Experience in administration for Salesforce.com instance
- Know the basics of SFDC admin through and through
- Object and Field Creation and FLS, Sharing, Permission set knowledge
- Reporting, List Views, Dashboards

- Have setup, troubleshooted and managed integrations with other platforms
- Comfortable interacting with and Training SFDC Users
- Very familiar with data tools: DataUploader, Data Wizard, Google-sheet plugin
- Skilled Business Analyst with experience building the ârightâ solutionÂ
- Have understood business process and requirements by integrating with business teams
- Have understood pain points of Users and what âIdeal stateâ might look like
- Have balanced âMust Havesâ with âNice to Havesâ and weighed them against technical implementation scope and maintenance considerations
- Experience Building things in Salesforce.com
- Have designed and built the solution you created as a Business Analyst
- Familiarity with sandbox environments and pushing to production. AND awareness of what types of changes do not require formal release procedures
- Have built workflows, validation rules, Process Builder Flows, and Flows (MUST KNOW)
- Some experience with Lightning components, Visualforce, Apex, Developer Console a big Plus
- Nice to have: Technology Person with some Developer experience
- Familiarity with programming languages a plus
- Familiarity with Agile Development, Scrum
- General awareness of Development practices
- Curious about and keen to explore new areas, new technologies
- You get asked to fix your friendâs/families computer/system/phone/etc a lot
