Sales Operations:
The InfoTrust Sales Operations Specialist needs to be a highly-organized, self-motivated, and resourceful individual who welcomes the opportunity to scale, develop, and iterate our data and processes. This person must love working with people to build and maintain accounts and must be able to remain professional and helpful at all times.
Responsibilities and expectations will include:
- Process Development
- Partner with key stakeholders in each area of Sales (Account Executives, Partnerships, Sales) etc. to help in process improvement across all operations from reporting, training, documentation, legal etc.
- Build and iterate an onboarding playbook for new Sales and AE hires
- Lead the on-boarding and training of new Sales and AE hires on systems and processes and who is who
- Documenting and managing all sales processesÂ
- Seek out opportunities to enhance sales productivity
- Reporting
- Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment
- Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management.
- Developing and maintaining daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and Key Performance Indicators
- Sales Optimization
- Creating and maintaining Sales Department policies, procedures, training manuals, and sales-related resource material.
- Partnering with key stakeholders for best practices of cross-functional GTM needs e.g. new capabilities/services rollout, CS and Sales collaboration, cross-functional meeting coordination/alignment.Â
- Train sales team to utilize systems that increase sales efficiency, including CRM and additional sales operations tools
- Coordinate and maintaining sales meetings and all key areas that are involved for a high performance meeting (SFDC reporting, agendas, notes, action items, internal guest speakers)
- Maintain proper utilization of all systems
- Maintain procurement and contract records (ex. MSA’s and SOW’s)
- Ensure data presence and data quality for all required data fields in Salesforce
- Collaboration
- Coordinate and attend quarterly sales summits (typically held in person)
- Liaise with the Marketing, Operations, and other teams to ensure the sales process is optimized, coordinate meetings, and act as the first point of contact with other teams
Background and experience that may set you up for success in the role:Â
- Influencer; able to get buy in, without authority
- Change Management experience within Sales organization
- Organization skills with the ability to prioritize a lot of initiativesÂ
- Salesforce experience - at least 6 months in an admin level within salesforce
- Certification is a huge plus!Â
- Process improvement experience within a Sales organization across multiple disciplines e.g. onboarding, sales process, L&D
- Demonstrated knowledge of process improvement tools or methodologies Â
- Curiosity/life long learnerÂ
- Listening and inquiry mindset
- Data driven and ability to benchmark
- Ability to work Independently - Self starter and follow throughÂ

Logistics:
We are open to remote for the Sales Operations Specialist, but within a city that is conducive to travel to Cincinnati, Ohio. It is preferred to have someone local to Cincinnati willing to work a hybrid schedule.Â
