The Position:

FastSpring's Sales Operations team is seeking a talented individual to join us as a Sales Operations Analyst. As a crucial component of our go-to-market function, our team is committed to driving exceptional revenue growth by delivering best-in-class solutions across the entire GTM engine. 

Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, this role is integral to our Sales organization, collaborating with individuals across Marketing and Customer teams to drive revenue operations. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Enhance business performance through actionable analytics-driven strategies.
  • Structure ambiguous problems and take action to solve them.
  • Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis, and synthesize clear takeaways from complex information into recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Collaborate within diverse teams to craft optimal solutions, inspiring both individuals and the organization to take decisive action. This encompasses generating insights and delivering actionable analytics across all levels of operations and sales leadership.
  • Recommend strategic priorities, sales performance metrics and sales effectiveness tracking methods to improve team performance.
  • Create and leverage sales measurement models and diagnostic tools to pinpoint sales performance indicators and critical areas for growth.
  • Play a key role in the ownership and optimization of Salesforce, and provide Salesforce administration set-up.  This also includes maintenance  of SaaS platforms across our go-to-market tech stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, SimilarWeb, Gong, LeanData, Gainsight, Looker and other solutions.
  • Data governance models: Implement and apply data hygiene processes to improve the quality and accuracy of data in all systems (Data normalization).

Skills & Qualifications: 

  • 1-2 years of experience, Bachelor's or Master’s degree in relevant fields.
  • Extremely proactive and self-motivated, demonstrating initiative and a strong drive to succeed.
  • Possess a natural curiosity and thirst for knowledge, always eager to expand horizons and deepen understanding.
  • Natural problem-solver, relishing the opportunity to tackle significant business challenges through analytical thinking, process refinement, and effective communication.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to identify inefficiencies and drive enhancements.
  • Driven by results and proactive in providing analytical and operational support.
  • Experience in writing SQL, Python and using a business intelligence platform is helpful (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau, etc).
  • Experience helps but is not required in any portions of the FastSpring GTM Team.

The base pay range below represents a good faith estimate of the low and high end base pay range for the listed position. This role may be eligible for the corporate bonus plan (or, if a sales role, a commission plan as defined in the sales incentive plan document). In addition, FastSpring provides a variety of benefits to employees. 

Estimated Base Pay Range

$60,000—$68,000 USD
