Sales Operations Specialist I - CRM

The position supports our distributors, and their sales teams in the consumer and business to business markets.

Primary Responsibilities

This position will deliver sales process and systems training, and support to distributor sales teams. Execute, analyze, and deliver sales reports. Contribute to the development, and validation testing of system enhancements and fixes.

• Subject matter expert for MS Dynamics CRM, CPQ Quoting tool, and Digital Consultation application
• Subject matter expert for sales process, "Path to Purchase"
• Prepare & lead virtual and onsite training for sales process & systems
• Support end users responding to our support ticketing system
• Partner with internal and external stake holders to drive sales training priorities
• Develop, analyze, and deliver sales reports to sales team, corporate and distributor leadership
• Trouble shoot user reported system problems, investigate, resolve, and escalate
• Communicate sales team and end user needs to IT, and leadership
• Drive and deliver various sales operations projects
