Job Description - Sales Operations, Sr Associate
We're looking for a Sales Operations, Sr Associate to join the team.
As part of the Go-To-Market Transformation & Sales Operations team in North America, you will be working closely with your peers to support Field Sales in a variety of key planning and operational tasks to meet the overall objective of business.
Main Responsibilities Include:
- Forecasting, quoting, and analyzing maintenance renewal data.
- Reviewing and interpreting purchase agreement contract terms and conditions to ensure that they are structured according to company guidelines and policies.
- Generating, comprehending, analyzing, and communicating reports as requested by various internal and external parties.
- Review new sales opportunity information in Customer Relationship Management system and assist Field Sales with forecasting as needed.
- Continual education of Field Sales on best practices, process improvements, and policy changes.
- Responsible for day-to-day queries from internal and external customers regarding quotes and contracts, as well as assisting with sales support issues as needed using available resources.
- Review and comprehend required documentation to compile and submit order packets for effective processing.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with Finance, Legal, Order Management, and other operational groups to ensure bookings are handled and resolved properly.
- Ongoing participation in projects and user acceptance testing for system upgrades and improvements.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- College degree and minimum of 5+ years of related experience.
- Contract management specific to US Government programs strongly preferred.
- Salesforce experience is highly desired.
- Proficient in Excel and has the aptitude to quickly learn new systems and/or applications.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Has a solid understanding of quote to cash process.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and balance both strategic and operational duties with integrity.
- Fast-paced high-tech company background preferred.
- Willing to work in an office environment under general guidance from managers with autonomy in planning daily work.
The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $66,000 - $98,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
