Job Description
The Sales Operations Analyst is responsible for the tasks, projects and audits needed to support and maintain necessary activities, reporting, and compliance within the sales organization. This position will be strategically driving projects, tickets, and audits to the successful completion in a highly dynamic environment where relationship building is crucial.
This position will be Hybrid.
Reports to: Director of Sales Operations
What You Will Own (Responsibilities)
- Sales Policy Management
- Sales Dispute Ticket Management (Jira)
- Sales Performance & Compliance Audits
- Salesforce Field Audits and Data Cleanup
- Sales Performance Reporting
What You Will Need to Accomplish the Job (minimum qualifications- education, experience, certifications, skills)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Operations or related field or equivalent work experience required.
- 3+ years analyst / sales operations experience.
- 2+ years minimum experience in a SaaS sales operations role
- 1+ years of Salesforce Experience
- Intermediate + Excel skills
- Quantitative and statistical analysis skills
