Position Overview: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in optimizing sales processes, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring the efficiency and productivity of our sales operations. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Your role:

Sales Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key sales performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making for the sales team.

Process Optimization:

  • Analyze and streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions for process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with sales and CRM teams to align processes and goals.
  • Maintenance of Confluence articles reflecting internal processes and procedures.
  • Research on integrations and applications for the use of the Sales Team.

CRM Management and Optimization:

  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of CRM data.
  • Develop and implement best practices for CRM usage across the sales team.
  • Provide training and support to team members on CRM tools and processes.

Performance Monitoring and Insights:

  • Track and evaluate individual and team sales performance against targets.
  • Support sales forecasting by analyzing historical data and market trends.
  • Prepare detailed performance analysis for sales reviews and quarterly business reports.
  • Identify high-performing segments and opportunities for growth.

Collaboration with Stakeholders:

  • Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, business intelligence, and other teams.
  • Partner with the Sales Operations Manager to execute strategic initiatives.
  • Support leadership with ad hoc analyses and special projects as needed.

What makes you stand out:

Education:

  • ย Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2+ years in a sales operations, business analytics, or similar role.
  • Experience with platforms such as SalesForce/SalesLoft/LinkedIn/Jira/Confluence.

Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel/Spreadsheets or Tableau.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes and operations.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
