Job Overview
Responsible for comprehensive data collection and analysis of the company's internal operations data, external market and competitor data, in order to provide data-driven insights and optimization recommendations to business teams. The goal is to improve business efficiency, sales performance, and long-term business growth through data-driven decision-making and strategic support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement efficient sales processes, workflows, and systems to streamline sales operations
- Assist in forecasting sales revenue and expenses to support strategic planning and decision-making
- Establish sales targets, quotas, and incentive programs based on performance analysis and market trends
- Analyze sales data, including pipeline, conversion rates, win/loss analysis etc., to assess sales team performance and identify areas of improvement
- Develop and deliver necessary training programs and materials to educate the sales team on sales processes, tools, and systems
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in resource management, budget control, strategic analysis, and sales operations. Prior experience in high-growth tech startups and advertising is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent ability to analyze and solve problems. Great logical and data sensitivity.

- Maintain a get-it-done mindset: Be motivated to work hard and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a self-starter attitude: You should be able to initiate and drive complex analysis to completion with minimal guidance while synthesizing and communicating insights effectively.
