Sales Ops - US Remote

What you'll be doing:

As a Sales ops, you'll play a key role in effectively supporting our monetization efforts by implementing the initiatives around our sales motions : collecting and leveraging data from leads and opportunities, managing sales data, reporting on marketing and sales campaigns, etc.

We are still in the early stages of the GTM of our paid solutions, and we need your help to do more and experiment faster. Our next Sales ops should be able to wear different hats. You might be doing some light coding to improve our leads workflows, building a Salesforce.com report or a Zapier workflow in order for inbound leads to be distributed on the account execs.

Who you are:

You'll enjoy working with us if you think strategically but have the capacity to be nimble, practical, and creative to solve problems. You should love all things marketing / sales and at the very least, have an interest in data management and have an eye for solving complex problems. Lastly, we need someone in this role who is a self-starter and can work with little to no oversight. You can create your projects, execute them, and then iterate them on your own.

• You have good knowledge of Salesforce.com
• You have basic front-end coding experience (HTML + CSS + Javascript)
• You have excellent analytical skills to interpret sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process
• You're scrappy and have a get-it-done mindset
• You love autonomy and can operate independently
• You are super excited to create stuff from scratch
