As Sales Order Management Analyst for North America within our Sales Orders Team, you'll be responsible for capturing customer orders accurately and efficiently into the ERP system.

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for capturing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Review and validate orders in the optical character recognition tool, update as needed and resolve issues
• Contribute to continuous improvement of order taking activities
• Monitor all inbound and outbound customer interfaces through IDocs to ensure correct integration of the different documents in the systems

About you

• Experience: Previous experience with of order processing and customer service, preferably in Pharma industry
• Soft skills: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact effectively with stakeholders, team player, and attention to detail
• Technical skills: Microsoft Office and SAP knowledge
• Languages: Advanced English (essential) and Portuguese (a plus)
