Sales Performance Analyst

The Revenue & Performance Analyst helps monitor and improve key performance indicators and metrics that impact sales performance and overall revenue targets

Duties and Responsibilities:

Commercial KPIs and Analysis

Monitor and evaluate KPIs and relevant metrics across commercial teams and business units.

Sample KPIs:

Revenue impact per salesperson

Lifetime values

Customer acquisition costs

Customer retention rates

Monthly new customers

Operational KPIs & analysis

Research and analyze operational KPIs and standards of the relevant commercial segment or industry, and of the top shippers/clients from that segment or industry.

Sample KPIs:

Delivery success rates

Customer return rates

Loss/damage rates

Delivery speed

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or other business-related courses)

Proficiency in Google spreadsheet (or excel) is required - a test will be implemented

SQL capability is preferred but not a requirement

Must have at least one year of work experience

Has experience in logistics or transportation
