 Why We're Hiring

While working with our Sales team, the Sales Planner will be responsible for forecasting, planning, and providing detailed data-driven ways to grow revenue and seller success by marketplace category.
What You'll Do
- Help forecast KPIs around sales growth, revenue, and seller retention strategies
- Involved in all forecasting, modeling, and reporting for sellers
- Measure sales results vs. plan weekly & monthly, pursuing ad hoc analysis as dictated by findings.
- Interpret data for improved forecasting and actionable insights, while coordinating with sales leaders during the monthly review process, and the quarterly forecasting process
- Ad hoc reports as needed
- Provide current year sale forecast on weekly basis against forecast and compares it with budget/prior year sale data
- Help guide sales teams to achieve their KPI’s
- Responsible for planning and analyzing financial plans and seller targets
- Oversee Marketplace contract negotiations with support from VP of Sales
- Drive reactive strategy to performance trends
- Build relationships and cross-functional strategy with company-wide business unit leaders across Creative, Finance, Legal, Technology, Data, Marketing, E Commerce Operations & Merchandising
- Flag roadblocks/ potential accelerants on a moment-by-moment basis
Who You Are
- Minimum 3 years planning experience in related business or brand
- Excellent product sensibility and conceptual ability
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to take initiative, ownership, and accountability for business
- Strong sense of teamwork and ability to multi-task
- Strong strategic sensibility
- Ability to manage complexity and find solutions
- Adept at manipulating large amounts of data to find key insights and tell a compelling story
- Passionate about working cross-functionally, especially with data, technology, finance, and operations
