We are looking for a talented Sales Platform User Experience Leader (US or Europe) (Hybrid) to join our team specializing in sales tools management for our Power Systems Business in a hybrid role based in US or UK / your remote home office.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- The 'Sales Platform User Experience Leader' will lead a professional team of User Experience Managers within the Cummins Power Systems Global Sales Support Function.
- Responsible for the governance and lifecycle of Sales Tools and platforms within Cummins Power Generation and Cummins Distribution Business Units.
- This position requires collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, understanding requirements and the needs from the Customer and User.
- The User Experience Leader will be expected to collaborate with current and future vendors of Cummins Sales Platforms to ensure the lifecycle and functionality of our sales tools are current and futureproof.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Bachelor's Degree in business or a related technical field required.
- MBA preferred.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
- Required experience:
- Demonstrated knowledge of sales platforms structure and capabilities required.
- Understanding, knowledge and experience within a Global Sales / Marketing environment.
- Proven Experience of working / leading cross-functional project teams
- Proven Experience in product portfolio and/or product lifecycle management
- Experience in Leading professional staff within a function / department
- Preferred experience:
- Knowledge and experience within a Lead-to-Cash sales environment (Pre-Sales, CRM, CPQ, etc.), preferred.
- Sales Operational or Systems Product Management background, preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan, Cash Balance Pension Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
