Sysco are recruiting for a Sales Process Specialist to join the European Commercial team on a full-time permanent basis.
You’ll be reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement & Effectiveness for Sysco Europe and will be the creator and custodian of Sysco Europe’s Sales & Contact Centre process library. Documenting existing processes and identifying process improvement opportunities across the commercial function, that will drive efficiency and effectiveness benefits within our sales and Contact Centre (Telesales) teams and supporting the creation of documentation for the standard EU Sales & Contact Centre processes.
You’ll also support Sysco Europe’s ambitious modernisation agenda for Sales Enablement and Effectiveness, which has highlighted significant opportunities to improve working practices, and increase efficiency and effectiveness. A key role that will provide insight and recommendations that translate into process improvements which will simplify the business, enable automation, where possible drive cost out or increase sales results by improving the efficiency and effectiveness of sales, sales support, and Contact Centre teams.
Although this role is homebased, we will require the successful candidate to be flexible with travel, as you’ll be required to spend time in different Sysco Europe businesses.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Capture current “As Is” Sales processes to feed into the “To Be” for our future organisation and ways of working, assessing for streamlining and automation opportunities.
- Create and manage Sales & Contact Centre Process library using standard process capture tools, revision methodologies and version control.
- Identify weaknesses and opportunities to improve efficiencies across the business during process capture activity.
- Support prioritisation of business process re-engineering workload dependent upon opportunities to release business value.
- Support opportunities to share best practice processes and support implementation of standard sales and contact centre processes across the Sysco Europe businesses.
About you:
You’ll hold Lean Six Sigma (or equivalent) qualification and expertise (minimum yellow Belt) with a proven track record in business process management or project management activities, ideally in sales and/or contact centre environments. We are looking for someone who has experience in facilitation, training, presenting to business stakeholders at all business levels and proven ability to build and maintain relationships in cross functional teams. Analysing business needs and identifying opportunities to release value into the business via process improvement, utilising process mapping programmes such as ‘Signavio’ and ‘Visio’ is preferred.
