Coaching Support

The Retirement Sales Product & Skills Coaching Support role is responsible for providing business day to day support to the Retirement Sales Product & Skills Coaching team. Under minimal supervision, this job executes strategic business management consulting by analyzing metrics, creating presentations to support business strategies, driving business management policies and routines, and being a point of contact in the execution of business management tasks.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Generates and/or analyzes reporting/dashboards to provide insights in the development of Leaders and client-facing associates, as needed to increase consistency in productivity.
• Implements policies and procedures in support of the Retirement Sales Product & Skills Coaching strategy.
• Implements process improvements related to Retirement Sales Product & Skills Coaching routines.
• Identifies potential coaching and training gaps and opportunities.
• Generates and/or updates presentation material, collateral, etc.
• Generates and analyzes reporting related to performance metrics.
• Supports business management projects by documenting risks, issues, and action items.
• Drives meeting planning in support of business projects and objectives.

Educational Requirements

• University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience

• 2+ Years Required; 3+ Years Preferred

Base Pay Range: $98,700/yr. - $110,400/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
