Sales Program Manager (Bilingual English/Korean)
Job Description
We are currently seeking our newest innovator to join our dynamic team as a Sales Program Manager on the B2C Sales Finance Management Team!
Summary
The position is responsible for overall financial management for sales program, the expenditure, and product pricing. Responsible for overall sales program operation, improve process, support Sales team for sales program policy and guideline, set up financial strategies, and manage SPMS system. Closely work with Team leader, PP&T and cross-functional parts such as Sales, PM, and Marketing to make data-driven decision on financial projection, risk management and P&L management. Perform monthly financial closing for sales program in a timely manner and support Top Management to make on-time decision including financial planning. Set up annual business plan, deliver in-depth analytics and reports to key stakeholders, and lead overall financial management for sales finance.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for submitting accurate sales investment promoitons and programs for sales expenditure
- Reviewing sales programs and activities throughout accounts and provide guidance for proper accruals
- Responsible for for periodic and ad-hoc reports and month end closing activities including account reconciliation for accrual balance
- Work closely with sales and accounts to collect requirements, information, and any relevant data to manage sales deduction
- Analyze financial result of sales deduction and pricing and conduct weekly, monthly, quaterly forecasting
- Create weekly and monthly report to Part Leader and Team leader
- Continuosly create additional values on managing process and financial improvement
- Provide training to sales and channels for managing sales programs and expenditures
- Ad hoc supprot upon request
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Accounting decipline with minimum 5-7 years relevant experience in related industry required
- Bilingual in English and Korean
- Proficient with Excel, Powerpoint, MS Office, and ERP system experience is plus
- Must be a team player, self-motivated, and have the ability to multi task and work in a rapidly changing environment
- Must be highly detail oriented, extremely organized, and strong analytical skills
- Must have strong work ethic and ability to work beyond business hours as needed to complete tasks
- Strong communication, both verbal and writte n
- Comfortable engaging and communicating with sales and senior level management ; excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Experience in business analysis including financial and operational analysis is plus
