Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Sales Quality Assurance to join our team. This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals with a strong desire to learn and grow within the sales and quality assurance field.

  • Conduct detailed quality assurance reviews of sales leads.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of lead information.
  • Monitor and evaluate the adherence of the sales team to established sales processes.
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to enhance process efficiency.
  • Listen to and evaluate recorded sales calls for compliance with company standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of QA evaluations and findings.
  • Prepare reports on QA activities and highlight areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with sales representatives and managers to ensure a cohesive approach to quality assurance.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement discussions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
