Your role in our future

The SRM is responsible for coaching and developing effective behaviors, habits, and sales skills within a defined process and methodology for new sales professionals during their first year. They will collaborate with the Sr. Director of Sales Readiness and local sales leadership to assess and improve performance. This role serves as the central contact for onboarding, in-field support, coaching, and fundamental product certifications. The SRM aims to ensure new sales professionals in their region meet all activity and budget expectations within their first 12 months with NORAM MRS.

  • Lead onboarding and support the mentorship of newly hired sales professionals.
  • Ensure proper utilization and adoption of provided sales tools and technology
  • Participation in both district and national BIC (Business Impact Coaching) & BIS (Business Impact Selling) workshops as a member of the NORAM Sales Enablement Team
  • Reinforcement of BIC & BIS methodology with new sales professionals within their first year of tenure to:
    • Ensure ability to access customer and prospective accounts
    • Enhance effectiveness of discovery skills
    • Generate authentic opportunities
    • Produce and deliver compelling business cases
  • Participation in local market sales meetings and workshops
  • Provide virtual and in-field coaching with new sales professionals during client-facing meetings
  • Deliver monthly/bi-monthly/weekly coaching and training events (in-person and virtual)
    • Product and solution education
    • 1:1 and/or group coaching sessions leveraging conversation intelligence technology
    • Best practice workshops with scenario-based role play
    • Sales skills and techniques
    • Industry and business updates/insights

The SRM will also serve as a conduit between field level and sales leadership to help ensure that sales development, marketing, and coaching initiatives are relevant to the current selling environment.

Regular regional travel and occasional national travel is required.

Your profile

  • 2+ years field B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success and an understanding of Quadient sales process and the challenges faced by sales professionals.
  • Knowledge, adherence, and demonstrated proficiency of Business Impact Selling methodology.
  • Analytical and data-driven skills with a strong history of adoption to internal technology like Salesforce, etc.
  • Experience in delivering training and coaching (internal or external) through previous roles, certifications, or mentorship programs.
  • Past achievements leveraging a continuous learning mindset (new strategies/technologies, industry trends)
  • Motivated to contribute to the success of others
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

This position has a target base salary of:

$80,000.00

and annual commission target of:

$50,000.00
