Sales & Real Estate Coordinator

ON A TYPICAL DAY YOU’LL
- Assist the sales and real estate team with day-to-day administrative support, including the creation and updating of channel and real estate service orders, opportunities, accounts, and contacts
- Generate monthly channel commission, spiff, and order reports
- Schedule telecommunications engineering surveys with building contacts
- Track building project progress using Pilot’s internal systems and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholdersÂ
- Facilitate the fulfillment of COI and insurance agreement requests
- Manage Pilot’s real estate agreement database, track agreement renewals and expirations
- Track and report on real estate and sales metrics and KPIs within Salesforce and Google sheets
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 1+ years administrative support or Executive Assistant experienceÂ
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Process oriented with great attention to detail and data integrity
- Demonstrated ability to work quickly and independentlyÂ
- Quick study with good intuition
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office or Google Suite experience
- Salesforce experience is a plus
PILOT’S PAY & PERKS
- Base salary of $60,000 - $75,000
