Boomer Benefits is a top producing Medigap insurance agency with tens of thousands of baby boomer clients across the nation who appreciate the education we give them that allows them to choose the best fit for their personal needs - and we are growing!

We provide a base wage + commission for each sale, as well as real-time leads from prospects who have requested help with their Medicare supplemental coverage. No telemarketing or cold-calling, and no kitchen-table sales - you will work with clients right from your desk here in our office. The position is located in Ft. Worth.

The right candidates will preferably have:

• Great phone voice and conversational skills
• 2-3 years sales experience OR a college degree with ambition and willingness to learn
• Personal integrity with a dedication to do what's right for each client
• Clear criminal background and credit history
