Orgaspaces is a home improvement company specializing inpremium garage flooring & storage solutions. We’re looking for a drivenCommission-Only Sales Repto help homeowners transform their garages. What You’ll Do: • Find and connect with homeowners in North DFW area. • Present our garage makeover options. • Close deals and manage the sale. Ideal For: • Home improvement sales pros • Real estate agents • Car/furniture showroom salespeople • Extra income opportunity for motivated networkers Requirements: • Valid, clean DL and an appealing/reliable transportation. • Availability to travel around the Dallas area. • Conduct in-home consultations to assess client needs and develop personalized storage solutions. • Preferably 2+ years in home renovation, interior design, or a related field. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Capacity to create a quote for customers. • Responsible for completing projects within the established time frame. • Ensures customer satisfaction and expectations are exceeded. • Schedule and assign resources and team member responsibilities. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects. • Understanding of home improvement, organization systems, or garage products is a plus.
