Sales Representative

Overview We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a background in residential construction. The salary will be a negotiated wage based on salary and commission. Responsibilities/Requirments - Knowledge and direct experience in remodeling construction. - Ability to design additions, kitchens, baths, "etc." - Knowledge of current building codes - Ability to read construction plans - Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases - Estimate jobs with company software - Review customer pricing and designs with Sales Manager. - Stay with jobs from beginning to end - Monday to Friday work schedule - Eight hours a day minimum - Saturday early meetings with customers only if necessary - Ability to effectively listen and communicate with customers - Ability to learn company software for pricing and design - Training to learn company procedures for selling - Training to learn how to writeup proposals, change orders and agreements. - Utilize excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or issues - Demonstrate product knowledge to assist customers in making informed decisions - Weekly sales meetings - Monthly safety meeting - Timely compliance of estimates and design - Meet with customers on a regular basis through the construction process - Held accountable for timely completion of getting the clients through the execution of the agreement to the end of the job - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Car is required - Required to go to customers home to meet potential customer and review job Job Type: Full-time Pay: $1,044.00 - $1,210.00 per week Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off Shift: • 8 hour shift • Day shift License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required) Willingness to travel: • 50% (Required) Work Location: In person
