Sales Representative

During a typical day, you will...

• Handle a high volume of outbound calls. Warm Leads, No Cold Calling
• Develop individual hearing solutions based on the needs of our customers
• Provide knowledge and in-depth advice for hearing loss and over the counter hearing aids

Good to Know…

• Average earnings are $50,000; $41,600 Fixed Base Salary & Uncapped Commission.

Key Shift Details…

• Commit to a 40-hour work week
• Availability required to work every other weekend (Saturday or Sunday) with a day off during the week
• Commitment to a 60 – 90 day training period
• We set up your home office! (Laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, ethernet cable, etc.)

You have…

• Previous consumer experience such as retail, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus
• Powerful work ethics, growth mindset, and ambition to reach sales goals
• Great empathy with solution driven consumer sales experience
• Ability to handle stress while moving multiple tasks simultaneously
