The basic function of the Sales Associate is to sell La-Z-Boy products and services. This involves using and developing all selling and customer service skills trained to meet and exceed company goals. All Sales Associates are responsible for achieving store goals and maintaining the trust and loyalty of all of La-Z-Boy’s customers and team members and providing the highest level of customer service.

Sales Representatives at La-Z-Boy Furniture of Queen Creek, AZ are paid $44,200 base against commission on written sales with NO COMMISSION CAP. Our average sales representatives earn over $65,000/year, with top performers earning over $80k.

Our Sales Representative team members bring a wide variety of sales and non-sales-related experience. We have previous high school and college athletes, hotel/restaurant associates and servers, retail managers, stay-at-home parents returning to work and much more. We hire for ambition, attitude and ethics then train for furniture knowledge and sales process. We have the BEST customers in the world and are very selective about who we trust to care for them.

Requirements:

• 18 years or older
• Professional dress and appearance
• Available evenings, weekends and most holidays - we're closed Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas!

Schedule: 8 hour shift

Training Pay: $170 per day for two weeks (no commission)

After Training: Base pay against commission $44,200 salary
