Signature is a dynamic, fast-paced direct sales and marketing firm specializing in customer acquisition, lead generation, and product sales. As the Sales Representative, you will be surrounded by progressive, goal-driven teammates who are there to support your professional career for the long haul. In the Sales Representative role, you'll engage directly with potential customers, showcasing the latest wireless, internet, and home service solutions tailored to meet their needs. You'll have the opportunity to build relationships, solve problems, and help customers discover services that enhance their everyday lives.
Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Interact directly with customers highlighting unique selling points like network reliability, speed, or exclusive promotions
- Suggest add-ons like accessories, premium plans, or bundled services to maximize sales
- Compile customer feedback and problem-solve concerns in an empathetic manner
- Represent our client in a professional, friendly, and honest manner at all times
- Guide customers through the purchase process, completing paperwork, or using sales software to finalize the sale
- Actively engage and participate in client meetings with fellow Sales Representatives to understand new products, services, or sales strategies
Requirements As A Sales Representative:
- You have a background working in a customer service or sales representative position
- You possess strong, friendly, and direct communication skills
- You should be capable of working independently while also thriving as a collaborative team member
- You are punctual, responsible, and accountable
- You have a positive demeanor, are relentlessly curious, and love to build connections with new people
