Job Description

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales goals
• Identify, qualify, and convert potential customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Act as the primary points of contract for client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Provide excellent customer service and support
• Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts
• Collaborate with the technical team to resolve customer concerns or queries.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Chinese and English
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
