What Will You Be Doing?

• Handling inbound and outbound calls from interested consumers.
  • NOTE: This position does not involve Cold Calling
• Assisting clients in the selection of extended vehicle protection plan products.
• Accurately presenting products to consumers based on driving habits, vehicle details, and budget.
• Building value in, and finalizing the sale of, extended vehicle protection products.
• Reaching or exceeding prescribed monthly sales goals.
• Participating in regular training and coaching sessions.
• Maintaining knowledge of the range of products that CARCHEX offers, as well as, the industry.
