About This Role:
The Sales Representative will focus on growing a new service offering, OnSite Health Solutions, in the senior living sector. This position will develop leads, create proposals, and close business. In this role you will build, grow, and develop the business needed to make sure that goals are accomplished, and customers are delighted in a scalable way to rapidly grow the business. In this role, you’ll be responsible for finding new accounts, tracking all accounts in the CRM, initiating first contact, selling Novir’s value proposition and successfully closing the deal using the appropriate contracts and agreements.
We are open to this role being located anywhere in Florida.
What You'll Do:
- Accomplish growth objectives by closing business in a new service offering, focused on senior living facilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, targeting, and account planning to meet and exceed client acquisition targets
- Achieve sales objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews and preparing and completing action plans
- Maintain strong working knowledge of the services provided while looking for opportunities to grow Novir's presence across channels as new products and services come available
- Act as a subject matter expert for clients through answering questions in accordance with company procedures and product offerings
- Manage all client enquiries and refer to other teams as needed
- Maintain client records in accordance with company procedures and data protection requirements
- Identify and engage with potential new customers through cold calls, emails, CRM tools, and networking; create email and cold call scripts for sales outreach
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through timely and professional verbal and written communication
- Explain technical service information to customers, and answer customer questions about Novir’s services
- Achieve targets for pipeline development and prioritization based on established criteria
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns
- Enter client information and data into HubSpot CRM in a timely manner
- Partner cross functionally to improve and coordinate the sales process
- Stay current with market and competitor activity, and provide feedback to the Company’s Sales Management team
Key Experience We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience with business and channel development in the senior living space, or within healthcare
- Proven track record of the ability to close complex deals while keeping the company's bottom line in mind
- Strong understanding of the sales contract process
- Experience working independently within sales while scaling processes and product offerings
- Strong understanding of what’s required to scale a business in a new market
- Strong ability to partner cross functionally, and the ability to build meaningful relationships
- Previous medical sales experience preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
