SKILLS NEEDED
· Ability to effectively SELL and to DRIVE business
· Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experience with quality control.
· Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Ability to speak/write/type/communicate in English and convey all vehicle recommendations clearly, concisely, and efficiently.
· Proven success and training in SELLING and UP SELLING, with ability to easily hit target margins on parts, labor, and gross profit, and maintain a high average repair order by selling additional work found during inspection process.
· Proven track record of SUCESSFULLY leading a team and MEASURABLE, CONSISTANT GROWTH with minimal supervision and full ACCOUNTABLITY
· Accredited training in management; Customer Satisfaction and Quality Control
· Able to understand financial statements and KPI’s (key performance indicators)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $91,075.00 - $119,770.00 per year
