Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Sales Rep, you will:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Foster and maintain positive relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and support to ensure client happiness and dedication.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the scientific or technology sectors.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• A collaborative approach with an emphasis on inclusion and teamwork.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; however, equivalent experience will also be considered.
