How You Will Contribute:
- Achieve assigned territory revenue goals through purposefully pursuing sales opportunities with current and potential customers
- Develop a robust sales pipeline and proactively develop strong customer relationships
- Collaborate and train our channel partners to develop and close sales opportunities.
- Seek and promote new business potential through offering Thermo Fisher Scientifics' broad product portfolio and engage all appropriate colleagues to achieve maximum results for the company in total.
- Participate in assigned corporate and focus account initiatives.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Majors in Life Sciences, STEM or Business preferred
Experience
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the laboratory or relevant industry

- Required travel ~75% of the time

Compensation and Benefits
The salary pay range estimated for this position Account Manager II based inCalifornia is $48,000.00-$71,600.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
- A choice of national medical and dental plans, and a national vision plan, including health incentive programs
- Employee assistance and family support programs, including commuter benefits and tuition reimbursement
